Germany is looking to bolster its defense partnership with the United States by producing more American-designed weapons and military components domestically, according to Defense Minister Boris Pistorius. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte has expressed his support for Germany’s initiative, highlighting the importance of stronger industrial capacity in improving the military readiness of the alliance.
